Get The Complete Experience

Designed to Help You Learn, Reflect, and Apply

The Connected Cooperation Course and Parenting Journal are each complete resources designed to help parents understand and apply the principles of Connected Cooperation.

The course helps you learn the Connected Cooperation framework, understand the heart behind the approach, and discover practical tools you can begin using in everyday parenting moments. Through clear teaching, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance, you will learn how to build cooperation, respond when things go off track, and create family rhythms that help children participate, take responsibility, and grow.

The Parenting Journal takes you through the same lessons in a different way, giving you additional opportunities to reflect on what you are learning and consider how to apply these principles in your own family. Each lesson includes guided questions, thoughtful prompts, and space to process your experiences, along with meaningful quotes and a prayer to encourage you along the way.

Together, these two parenting resources create a unique opportunity to engage with Connected Cooperation through learning, reflection, and practice - helping you bring these principles into your home while inviting Jesus into the everyday moments of parenting.

Two Resources. One Connected Approach.

The Complete Connected Cooperation Experience includes both the online course and the Parenting Journal—two resources designed to support you as you learn, reflect, and apply Connected Cooperation in your home.

Connected Cooperation Online Course

Learn the framework and practical tools for everyday parenting.

Through video lessons, real-life examples, and step-by-step teaching, you will learn how to build cooperation, respond when things go off track, and create family rhythms that help your children grow. You will discover the heart behind the Connected Cooperation approach, learn practical strategies for everyday parenting challenges, and gain tools you can begin applying with your children right away.

You will learn how to:

  • Build connection and cooperation
  • Give clear instructions and create responsibility
  • Address misbehavior, attitudes, and poor choices through the Reconnect Path
  • Adapt strategies for challenges across different ages and stages, special needs, big emotions, and the unique experiences that shape each child.

Connected Cooperation Parenting Journal

Slow down, reflect, and make the principles your own.

The Parenting Journal follows the same Connected Cooperation framework and lessons as the online course, but it was intentionally written as its own learning experience—not simply a collection of course transcripts. Each chapter provides the teaching in a format designed for reading, reflection, and personal application as you consider how these principles apply to your own family.

Each chapter includes:

  • The same core teaching from the online course, rewritten as a personal learning experience you can read, reflect on, and apply
  • Guided reflection questions and space to process what you are learning and how it applies to your family
  • Meaningful quotes and prayers to encourage you along the journey

A Rhythm of Learning and Growth

Learning new parenting tools is important, but lasting change happens when we begin putting those tools into practice.

The Complete Experience is designed to help you move at a thoughtful pace—learning new principles, reflecting on how they apply to your family, and practicing them in the everyday moments where parenting happens.

Together, the course and journal create a rhythm of learning, reflection, and practice—helping you move beyond simply knowing the principles of Connected Cooperation and begin living them out in your home.

You love your children. You want to parent with patience, wisdom, and grace.

But some days, even the simplest moments feel harder than they should.

You find yourself repeating the same instructions over and over.

"How many times do I have to ask?"

A simple request turns into frustration, arguing, or tears.

You want your children to learn responsibility, but you also want to stay connected in the process.

You want to guide their hearts; not just manage their behavior.

Because deep down, you know parenting is about more than getting your children to do what you ask.

It's about building the kind of relationship where they can grow in wisdom, responsibility, and cooperation.

What Parents Are Saying ...

Connected Cooperation is helping parents move beyond simply managing behavior and toward building stronger relationships with their children.

"We are more sensitive to our sons' feelings and with how we communicate with them. B.J. never fails to provide great advice from a faith-based standpoint.” - John and Natalie, parents of 14 and 13 year olds

“B.J. is an incredibly gifted teacher! He understands how real life and real kids operate and helps us practically solve our very daunting parenting problems.” - Phil and Laura, parents of 10, 8, and 3 year olds

“Every single time I've walked away encouraged, challenged, and equipped with practical tools I could apply immediately - not just as a parent, but as a person.” - Bobby, father of 18 and 15 year olds

These principles have been taught and applied by parents through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, parenting workshops, and seminars across the United States and internationally.

A Note From B.J.

Parenting is one of the greatest privileges we will ever experience and one of the places where we are reminded how much we need God's grace.

Like every parent, I have had moments where I have wondered what to do next, struggled through conflict, and needed to reconnect after things did not go the way I hoped.

Connected Cooperation grew out of years of parenting, teaching, coaching families, and studying what helps children feel known while still being guided with love and wisdom.

My hope is that these principles give you practical tools and encouragement for the everyday moments of parenting — the joyful moments, the challenging moments, and all the moments in between.

You do not have to be a perfect parent to build a connected relationship with your child. You simply need a willingness to keep learning, growing, leaning on Jesus, and showing up.

— B.J.
